Can Vitamin D Keep Your Brain Young?

There's an old saying that when you're holding a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Lately, it seems as if every nutrition researcher on the planet must be holding a bottle of vitamin D. Add "preventing cognitive decline" to the long and growing list of things this nutrient might be able to do for you.
